About ArrangingTech
What is ArrangingTech?
ArrangingTech is a founder-led software studio building practical, dependable software for small and solo professional practices — tools simple enough that one person can run them, without an IT team.
What does "founder-led" mean for me?
It means there's no sales team, no support queue, and no account manager. When you reach out, you're talking to the person who designs and builds the product — and your feedback goes straight into it.
Do you work with practices outside mental health?
Our first product, PsyTrack, focuses on mental-health practices. The underlying approach — scheduling, reminders, clean records for small practices — applies more broadly, and we're interested in hearing from other kinds of practices too. Reach out and tell us what you run.

What is PsyTrack?
PsyTrack is a scheduling and patient-management system for solo and small mental-health practices. It covers appointments, automatic reminders, no-show reduction, and clean patient records — designed hand-in-hand with a working clinic.
Is PsyTrack HIPAA compliant?
Privacy and HIPAA-conscious data handling are treated as first-class requirements in PsyTrack's design, not an afterthought. Because compliance depends on how a system is deployed and operated, we walk each practice through our data-handling and compliance posture in detail during early-access conversations.
How much does PsyTrack cost?
PsyTrack is in early access, and pricing is discussed individually with early-access practices. Early participants help shape the product and receive preferential terms.
Can I request features?
Yes — that's the point of early access. PsyTrack is built with practitioners, and early-access feedback directly shapes the roadmap.
When can I see a demo?
PsyTrack is in active development with our pilot clinic. Demos are shared with early-access practices as milestones are reached — the fastest way to see it is to start a conversation via the Contact page.
